This characterful, comfortable Victorian holiday farmhouse is set in formal gardens on the owner's quiet arable farm and has been refurbished to a good standard. It is very secluded, and has a stocked fishing pond, and walks to the marsh. Boston 10 miles. Skegness 20 minute drive and Mablethorpe 40 minute drive. Restaurant 1/2 mile. Shop and pub 1½ miles. Ground floor: Lounge, dining room, dining kitchen with Aga (winter months), utility room off conservatory, with table tennis & small snooker table, separate toilet & basin, external extra shower room with toilet & basin near kitchen door. First floor: 4 bedrooms - 2 double, 2 twin, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet & basin, shower room with toilet & basin. 2 steps down to 1 twin. Services: Open fire. OFCH. Aga.
