This 18th century cottage with open country views from the lounge, once part of an old watermill, having slate floors, stone walls and beams, and enormous stone fireplace with dog grate, is hidden away in a peaceful wooded hamlet with only two other properties. It is within sound of the little river, only about half a mile from the pretty waterside village of Lerryn loved by artists and sailors alike. With some wonderful walks around Lerryn which inspired the author Kenneth Graham to write 'The Wind in the Willows'. Enjoy this still unspoilt lovely part of Cornwall. Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan ½ hour. Lerryn 1/2 mile with shop, PO and pub.
