The family room is between 50 m² and 70 m² in size, and located in the villa park. The studios are fully air conditioned and up to 4 people can sleep here. Guests in this room also enjoy free use of the 1,000 m² spa area with its swimming pool, saunas, Turkish Hamam, jacuzzi and gym. Please note that the swimming pool will be closed for cleaning and maintenance work between 28th June 2009 and 5th July 2009.

By car: Take the exit Dresden-Neustadt/ Radebeul/ Coswig. After leaving the Autobahn, you will have to drive straight on. Do not take the drive-off to your right. Following the green hotel signs, now you will turn right twice at both upcoming junctions (each with traffic lights). Go straight along the Kötzschenbroder Straße. Turn right after a gas station. You turn right following the main road and go straight on. When you left a railway bridge behind as well as 2 following crossroads, you will reach the next main street, called Meissner Strasse. Going straight on, you enter the Gutenberg Strasse – Nizza Strasse hitting the Steigenberger Parkhotel Dresden Radebeul after approximately 100 m. By train: Closest train station: Dresden-Neustadt.
