York Minster is within easy walking distance, as are all of this ancient citys attractions, including the Castle Museum, the Shambles, the Jorvik Viking Centre and York Dungeon. York Railway Station is just 700 metres away. Being in the heart of the city, some noise may be heard from the streets below.
