• Caenarfon Castle(45 km)- In a superb setting, with the mountains of Snowdonia as a backdrop.
• Snowdon Mountain Railway(45 km)- Travel on the only public rack and pinion railway in Britain to the 1085m (3560ft) summit of Snowdon-Wales' highest peak.
• Port Meirion(45 km)- Port Meirion was created by architet Clough williams-Ellis who built the village from 1926 to 1976. The grounds are designated as a Conservation Area and most buildings are listed Grade II.
• Conwy Castle(6 km)- Built by Edward I. One of the most impressive examples of mediaval military architecture.

Directions:

Exit A55 onto A470 to Llandudno. Head towards the seafront, turn left in the direction of the pier. Turn left at the cenotaph onto Prince Edward Square. The Wilton is the last hotel on the left before the roundabout.
