From Junction 7 m20 take a249 turn off signposted Sheerness. Immediately get over into right hand lane and take Detling Village turn off. Go through the village to the Cock Horse pub. Opposite pub there is a lane called Pilgrims Way signposted Thurnham. The Black Horse Inn is 5 mins drive down lane.
