Kinnaird offers that something special for those wanting that personal touch. All nine double bedrooms are individually and luxuriously decorated and most have a spectacular view of the River Tay. Kinnaird also has a tranquil beauty room called the Retreat where guests can enjoy many different treatments including reflexology, aromatherapy and facial treatments for pure relaxation. The estate offers salmon and trout fishing on its own private beat as well as deer stalking and shooting. This historic house holds a civil license and with attractive grounds and immaculate gardens, it is perfect for picturesque photographs. With easy access from Edinburgh and Glasgow this makes Kinnaird the perfect venue for small intimate weddings.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 14 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well. COMMENTS: As of March 26th 2006 all establishments in Scotland are now non- smoking. Regrettably, we do not allow children under the age of twelve. There are dog kennels available. Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket for dinner.

• Pitlochry Festival Theatre(7 km)- Scotlands famous theatre, open throughout the summer with plays, concerts, music, dances, visual art and a bar and restaurant

Directions:

From Perth take the a9 North (signposted Inverness), and travel 15 miles to Dunkeld. Do not exit into Dunkeld, continue for a further 2 miles. Turn left on the b898, which is signposted to Dalguise, Kinnaird and Balnaguard. Follow this road for 4.5 miles and the main gates of Kinnaird will be on your right hand side.
