Number 80 offers stylish, modern interiors and neutral, modern room schemes with crisp, plain bedding and en suite shower rooms. A strict non-smoking policy is in operation. Children over 10 years of age accepted only at the discretion of the management. Owned and managed by Jack and Jane Kennedy, Number 80 prides itself on its stylish, modern decor and spacious comfortable bedrooms. Only a few minutes' stroll from Lake Windermere and the shops and restaurants of Bowness, Number 80 is perfectly located in a quiet residential road at the foot of Biskey Howe beauty spot.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 3 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well. COMMENTS: Number 80 accepts guests from 12:00 to 14:30 and 17:00 to 21:00. The guest house is closed to new arrivals between 14:30 and 17:00. Number 80 is strictly non-smoking. Number 80 is unable to accommodate pets. Children over the age of 10 are accepted only at the management's discretion. All bedrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors of the house; there is not a lift.

• Lake Windermere(1 km)- Beautiful lake with a length of 12 km. Lake cruises 364 days a year.
• Grasmere(15 km)- Pretty, traditional village. Home village of the poet Wordsworth.

By Car: Approximately 20 minutes' drive from the M6. By Train: Windermere station is only a 5 minute taxi ride away. By Bus: Local hopper bus to Windermere stops outside Number 80 (mornings only). Open top bus tours and boat cruises are 10 minutes away on foot.
