CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 2 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well. COMMENTS: We have a non-smoking in the house policy, but guests are welcome to smoke anywhere in the garden if they wish. If paying by credit card, a further 5% charge must be levied against the final total to cover the same amount charged to us by the banks.

The Green Room (Double En-Suite) ()

This room is located on the first floor and looks out over the former coach house for the property. There is a comfy 2 seater sofa to stretch out on, well stocked hospitality tray, tv, dvd and hairdryer. The en- suite has a power shower and bath. Overlooks the former coach house for the property. Room rate includes breakfast.

The Red Room (Superior Double En-Suite) ()

This room is located on the first floor at the head of the main staircase and would have originally been the master bedroom. There are far reaching views across to Belmont Abbey. There is a 32 inch tv with Sky channels, a 3 seater sofa to stretch out on, coffee table, hairdryer and a well stocked hospitality tray. The en-suite has a shower and bath. With far-reaching views across to Belmont Abbey. The room rate includes breakfast.

This room is located on the first floor and has a comfy armchair, tv, dvd, a well stocked hospitality tray and hairdryer. The en-suite has a power shower. With views across open countryside. Room rate includes breakfast.

Directions:

Leaving Hereford on the a465 heading towards Abergavenny, you will pass a Tesco superstore on your right. Go straight on through the roundabout (still on the a465) and take the second right (after about half a mile) signposted to Hay on Wye and is the b4348. Follow this for about 1 mile and take the first on the right, signposted to Ruckhall and also Clehonger Church. The house is the third on the left.
