Leave the motorway and follow the a617 dual carriageway to the outskirts of Chesterfield town centre. Take the 2nd exit from the roundabout at the end of this road, and follow the signs firstly for the town centre and then those for the railway station. The hotel is to be found on the right hand side opposite the access road to the railway station. There is ample free car parking opposite the main entrance. For the convenience of guests, directions can be faxed or emailed for this route and also for those arriving from the northwest via the a623/a619. By Coach- Chesterfield is served by many National Express services from across the uk several times a day. The brand new 1m coach station is adjacent to the town centre, a short 5 minutes by taxi or a walk of 15-20 minutes from the hotel. By Rail- The Chesterfield Hotel is situated opposite the town's railway station, and is within sight of the station concourse. The station is on the main London line with direct services to the Midlands, south west and Scotland. Connections are also available to other destinations across the country and beyond. By Air plane, East Midland International Airport is situated close to the m1 Motorway, an approximate drive of forty-five minutes.
