CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 2 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. COMMENTS: No pets All rooms are non-smoking There is a minimum of two nights at weekends, either Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday. At the descretion of the management accommodation for an additional adult instead of a child in a triple of family room may be offered at an extra charge of 15 per person per night including breakfast. The double beds are gloriously comfortable, soft duvets and Egyptian cotton sheets. All rooms have remote controlled TV/DVDs, DAB radios and feature white en-suite bathrooms complete with thick fluffy white towels and spa therapy toiletries. This rate includes cooked breakfast to order, continental buffet breakfast and VAT.

Family Sized Room ()

Family room comprises one double bed, one single bed and a double sofa bed. A z-bed or cot is also available on request. All rooms are simply but comfortably decorated, using natural fabrics. The beds are gloriously comfortable, soft duvets and Egyptian cotton sheets. All rooms have remote controlled TVs and feature white en-suite bathrooms, complete with thick fluffy white towels and spa therapy toiletries. Includes continental buffet, cooked breakfast to order & VAT. The room is designed for 2 adults and up to 2 children under the age of 14. A third adult may stay in the room instead of a child at a supplement of 15.00 per person per night.

A double room with a king size bed and extras such as sofa, mineral water and home-made biscuits. All rooms are simply but comfortably decorated, using natural fabrics. Directions:

Directions from London: By car get on to the M20 to Dover, Folkestone and the Channel Tunnel towards Ashford. At junction 10 , signposted Ashford, take the A2070 to Brenzett. At Brenzett go on to the A259 to Rye. About a mile before you arrive in Rye take road to the left to Camber. After a couple of miles you will see a golf course to the right. Go past the golf course for a further half-mile and you will see the village sign for Camber. You will find The Place about 250 yards further on, on the left hand side.
