We are a non smoking b&B. Stay in our Bed and Breakfast Accommodation in the Heart of Lincolnshire. Double Room En suite only 50 GBP per night. Single Occupancy Now Only 40 GBP. 2 Adults plus Children from 60 GBP.
Built in 1891, this former farmhouse is ideally situated, being only 15 minutes from both Boston and Sleaford. It is just one mile from the village of Heckington, with its unique 8-sailed working windmill, and Railway Museum. Heckington also boasts two delightful pubs, known for their fine food and ales. Excellent base for raf Cranwell and raf Digby. The cathedral city of Lincoln is only 25 miles away with its many attractions. The accommodation is provided in a room annexed to the main house.

When travelling East on the a17 towards Boston/Kings Lynn: Go past the 2nd turning to Heckington, and 300 metres further on the left hand side The Beeches is signed. You may see Mile House and Kane Farm just before. Drive slowly, there is a possibility that you may miss the turning. When travelling West on the A17 towards Sleaford/ Newark: After East Heckington, look out for a picnic parking area on the left hand side. Continue along the road for a further 500 metres approx, and situated on the right hand side The Beeches is signed, just before a barn conversion.
