Double rooms are to the back of the house, overlooking the back garden and therefore quiet and peaceful.

Set at the front of the house and overlooking the new penthouse apartments, this bright, sunny room is set on the top floor. This former servant's room features a double and single bed, a shower en suite and swags and tails for decor.

Modern and traditional with a homely feel, this room has a shower en suite. 2 rooms to the front of the house have a sunny outlook and the one at the back overlooks the garden .

Large Family Room ()

One large family room features a large Adams-style white fireplace and has 2 double beds. The decor uses light swags and tails alongside hand-picked ornaments to complement the Victorian style of this bright sunny room. The second room is in the basement. Overlooking the sunny front courtyard, with a bright simple look, this room used to be the old kitchen.

• Princess Street(1 km)- Princess Street is the reason why most tourists come to Edinburgh because of the shops situated there such as,Harvey Nichols,Louis Vitton,Emporio Armani and many more.
• Edinburgh Castle(1 km)- Edinburgh Castle is the heart of this beautifull city,its one of the most famous castle's in the world.The Castle is also the heart of the Edinburgh Military Tattoo,and its all just a kilometer away.Its such an amazing view from up there.
• Arthur Seat(2 km)- Arthur Seat is an amazing attraction to see,cosidering its now an extinct volcanoe, alot of people go there for picnics,feed the ducks and most of all hillwalking,it's such a peacefull place relaxing environment place to be.
• Holyrood Palace(2 km)- Holyrood Palace is not to far away from the Castle,it's a really nice relaxing environment to be in.It's also the resident home of the Royal Family and has been for hundreds of years.

From the train station we are North, we are 10 minutes away from Princess Street and George Street.
