The Piccolo Mondo is a charming hotel that is about 100 metres from a very fine sand beach. We are Situated in the centre of Montesilvano, around 1 Km from the motorway toll-gate of the A14.

We can be easily reached from the Central Railway Station of Pescara by public trasport. The hotel offers the best that one can ask from a modern structure. We provide 20 rooms, well furnished, functional and characterized by excellent taste and practicality, the Piccolo Mondo can be considered as the pearl of the tourist panorama of Montesilvano. The hotel, personally managed by the owners, offers rooms furnished with bathroom, shower box, hair-dryer, TV, fridge ( by request), telephone, balcony with view, air conditioned and above all cleanliness and friendliness. In the summer a sun-parlour with ample facilities and a roof-garden where one can have a romantic dinner in the moonlight or a tasty buffet breakfast, give you the possibility to sit down in the open to enjoy the breeze. The restourant is characterized by the typical gastronomy of the Abruzzi region and it offers special and traditional cooking of exquisite meat and fish dishes made up of home products. Other services that characterize our receptive structure are the private car park, satellite, pay tv, night porter's lodge service and the possibility of making use of city bikes to cycle through the characteristic places of the town. In the summer the Piccolo Mondo offers diving, water-skiing, sailing, fishing in the open sea or more peaceful boat excursions in search of creeks and coves. An intense program of animation activities characterizes the summer evenings based on amusement and socializing; all the escursions organized by the management give the possibility to appreciate the craftmanship, the unpolluted nature, art and history of our wonderful country, the so-called 'green-heart' of Europe ( the only country owning three national parks!)

CANCELLATION POLICY: null COMMENTS: In case the booking will be cancelled 7 days before the date of the arrival the guerst will be charge 50% of the total amount of the booking. From 4 to 1 day before the date of arrival in case of cancellation the guest will be charge the 75% of the total amount of the booking. The cot will have got an extra charge of 20.00 euro per day. In case of no-show the hotel will be charge the guest the full amount of the booking.

Coming from the Airport Area: Take the Parkway West (Highway 376), towards Pittsburgh. Get off at the Greentree exit. At the end of the exit, turn left onto Greentree Road. Go to the very next traffic light, and turn left onto Mansfield Avenue. Travel down Mansfield Avenue to the second traffic light, turn right onto Holiday Drive. At the top of Holiday Drive, turn left onto Andersen Drive. Proceed to the second building on the right. This is building #7, Foster Plaza. We are located on the first floor of the building. Signs are clearly posted curbside. Coming from Downtown or from the North Hills area: Travel through the Fort Pitt Tunnels, onto the Parkway West (Highway 376). Get off at the Greentree/Crafton exit. Stay in the far left lane, exiting towards Crafton. At the end of the exit, turn left onto Mansfield Avenue. Travel down Mansfield Avenue to the second traffic light, turn right onto Holiday Drive. At the top of Holiday Drive, turn left onto Andersen Drive. Proceed to the second building on the right. This is building #7, Foster Plaza. We are located on the first floor of the building. Signs are clearly posted curbside.
