• The Royal Palace(2 km)- The Royal Palace of Stockholm, situated in the Old Town, adjacent to the Palace Church and housing several permanent exhibitions also.
• Town Hall(3 km)- A landmark building from the turn of the century, where the City Council convenes and the annual Nobel Prize banquet is held. Great view over Stockholm from the tower.
• Djurgrden(3 km)- Huge open-air recreational area, containing everything from the Wasa-museum, Skansen with its zoo, to art and historical museums, restaurants, bathing area and children's author Astrid Lindgren's fairytale land 'Junibacken'.
