Rooms

Orchid ()

Our best room, Orchid is a lovely, light and spacious room with wonderful views over Augusta Gardens from the bay window. There is plenty of room to chill out; the modern solid oak four-poster bed that occupies the centre of the room, or the sofa in the bay window. A 32” LCD TV with DVD is available, along with access to our 200+ DVD library. And, if you have to work, a full-size desk awaits. The large and very light bathroom features an over-sized bath (large enough for 2!) and a separate shower. This rate includes full English breakfast, mineral water in your room, a glass of wine or beer on arrival, homemade cakes and unlimited fresh tea and coffee throughout your stay. Children cannot be accommodated in this room.

Ochre ()

Our Ochre room is spacious and has a contemporary feel that works with the period features of the room. With a king-size bed by Hypnos, a modern leather sofa and lots of natural daylight from the bay window, it is the ideal place to chill out, read or watch a movie from our 200+ DVD library. The bathroom has a lovely, deep roll-top bath and separate shower, whilst the counter top sink is a modern classic. Located at the front of the building, this room looks west towards Trinity Church. This rate includes full English breakfast, mineral water in your room, a glass of wine or beer on arrival, homemade cakes and unlimited fresh tea and coffee throughout your stay. Children cannot be accommodated in this room.

Park ()

The colours in this room are rich and sumptuous, whilst the furnishings give a real feeling of quality and luxury. This spacious room has a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV and access to our complimentary DVD library. Facing East, this room is bathed in the morning sunshine and this makes this one of our most popular rooms. The view is across Augusta Gardens, which makes you feel like you are in the countryside. The rate includes mineral water in your room, and a glass of wine or beer on arrival, with unlimited fresh tea and real coffee throughout your stay. The en suite bathroom has an over-sized shower and counter-top basin, which gives it a really modern feel. A child can be accommodated in this room in either a cot or foldaway bed (please see additional costs under the Hotel Policies section).

Stone - Room ()

The minute you walk into this room you feel at home. The neutral colours work beautifully with the architecture of the building. This spacious room has a king-size bed and, if you have to work during your stay, a full size desk. The room has access to our complimentary DVD library. The en suite has an over-sized shower and counter top basin, giving the room a modern feel. With a double aspect to the front of the building, the room is very bright and has views to the West towards Trinity Church. The rate includes mineral water in your room, a glass of wine or beer on arrival and unlimited fresh coffee, tea and homemade cake throughout your stay. A child can be accommodated in this room in either a cot or foldaway bed (see additional costs under Hotel Policies).

Indigo, Trinity and Steeple ()

These compact double bedded rooms are very light, bright and have a contemporary feel, whilst retaining the original architecture of this period building. Indigo and Trinity both have baths with the usual powerful Relish showers over them. Steeple, a slightly larger bedroom located at the top of the building is equipped with an over-sized shower. Being at the front of the building these rooms have views of the West End and the landmark spire of Trinity Church. The rate also includes mineral water in your room, a glass of wine or beer on arrival and unlimited fresh coffee, tea and homemade cake throughout your stay. Children cannot be accommodated in these rooms.

Cliff and Chimneys ()

These rooms are located at the top of the building and are very spacious. Normally set out as a large double (6-feet), these rooms can also be set up as twin rooms. Just mention 'twin' in the guest comments when booking. 'Cliff' has a view across Augusta Gardens to the White Cliffs of Dover, whilst 'Chimneys' has an elevated view across the West End towards Trinity Church. This rate also includes mineral water in the room, a glass of wine or beer on arrival, homemade cake and unlimited fresh tea and coffee throughout your stay. 'Cliff' can accommodate up to 2 children in either cots or foldaway beds (see additional costs under Hotel Policies). Chimneys can accommodate one child in either a cot or foldaway bed (see additional costs under Hotel Policies).

Box Room ()

Whilst small, our Box Room is well appointed and has great views across Augusta Gardens to the white cliffs beyond. Rate includes mineral water in your room, a glass of wine or beer on arrival. Children cannot be accommodated in this room. Bank holiday weekends require a minimum 2 night stay.

From the m20 leave at Junction 13, follow signs for town centre (a20). At the second set of traffic lights, take the middle lane and go straight on into Beachborough Rd, continue on this road under the railway bridge, as it becomes Shorncliffe Rd. After a mile turn right into Earls Ave (a259). Take the second turning on the left into Bouverie Rd West, Augusta Gardens/Trinity Gardens is the next turning on the right and the hotel is on the left.
