This gorgeous garden flat is centrally located and is approximately 10 minutes walk from The Walton and approximately 15 minutes walk from City Centre. The flat has been fully refurbished and tastefully decorated. Sleeps up to 8 people with 3 Double bedrooms (one with shower en-suite), and one pullout sofa bed. Sunny lounge with French doors leading to a small private garden. Spacious and well-equipped modern kitchen. Two bathrooms, one with shower and luxury freestanding bath tub and the other en-suite with one of the rooms. Full gas central heating. Metered on street parking right outside the apartment. Coming from the west, follow the road signs for Edinburgh City Centre and you will eventually arrive at the West End of Princes Street. Princes Street is closed to traffic travelling east, so follow the flow of traffic down onto Queen Street and then take a left at Queen Street Gardens East, which changes into Dundas Street after a short distance. The Hotel is on the right as you travel down. From the east, follow the road signs for Edinburgh City Centre and you will eventually arrive at the East End of Princes Street. Travel west on Princes Street and turn right on to Hanover Street. At Queen Street Gardens East Havnover Street changes into Dundas Street. The Hotel is on the right as you travel down.
