CANCELLATION POLICY: null COMMENTS: A deposit of 20.00 per person, per night is required to confirm a booking. Deposit is non-refundable. No reductions will be made for temporary absence or meals not taken during a booked stay. Please note that children under 8 years have High Tea at 6pm and are not expected in the restaurant at night. Gentlemen are required to wear jacket and tie in the restaurant, in the evening at dinner. Swimming pool towels and bathrobes are supplied for use at the hotel - please bring you own towels for beach use.

The beautiful rooms have been elegantly transformed to reflect the high standard consistant with the hotel. All rooms have either a 5ft or 6ft pocketed sprung bed, luxury en-suite, some boast glorious sea views and balcanies. Idyllic south-facing location on North Devon's rugged coastline, overlooking Combesgate beach to Lundy Island.

Deluxe Twin Room ()

Deluxe twin bedded rooms are all designed to the high standard consistent throughout the hotel. The concept of both the room and bathroom is 'luxury living'. Each room features pocketed sprung beds to ensure a restful night's sleep. These rooms boast spectacular sea views. Ground floor rooms are available, and there is a lift to other floors.

Directions:

Leave the m5 at Junction 27, sign posted Tiverton and a361 to Barnstaple. Follow the a361 through Barnstaple and Braunton, heading towards Ilfracombe. Five miles past Braunton you will come to Mullacott Cross roundabout, take the first exit left signposted Woolacombe on the b3343, follow this road for two and a half miles into Woolacombe. Turn right along the Esplanade, signposted Mortehoe. The hotel is three quarters of a mile on the left hand side.
