• Palacio Real(14 km)- This palace was begun in 1738. Highlights include the Reception Room, State Apartments, Armory, Royal Pharmacy, porcelain salon, Royal Chapel, Banquet Room, and Throne Room. The rooms are stuffed with art treasures and antiques.
• Plaza Major(14 km)- This famous square was designed by Juan Gómez de Mora. Bullfights, knightly tournaments, and festivals were held here. It becomes the busy in summer, as tourists sip sangria and listen to the music performances.
• WARNER BROS PARK(15 km)-
• Museo del Prado(18 km)- Opened in 1819 and designed by Juan de Villanueva, it houses over 4000 paintings, including masterpieces by Titian, Bosch, Botticelli, Rembrandt and Fra Angelico. There are 2 buildings at the museum which house many coins, drawings, etchings and medals.
