Local Attractions:

• Halles Gardens(2 km)- This garden offers many originalities, structures vegetable, fountains, sundial, tropical greenhouse, and a garden especially reserved to the children.
• Notre Dame de Paris(3 km)- Notre-Dame dates back to the 13th century and is one of the masterpieces of Gothic art in Western Europe. Its stain glasses and the huge interior are stunning artistic pieces. Notre-Dame provides a magnificent view of the city from the top of its towers.
• Tuileries Gardens, East of the Louvre(4 km)- Sweeping down from the Louvre to the place de la Concorde, the Jardin des Tuileries celebrates the victory of geometry over nature. Missing the public promenades of her native Italy, Catherine de Médicis had the gardens built in 1564.
• Place Vendôme(5 km)- The square was built to house embassies, but bankers created lavish private homes behind the elegant facades. Today, the smell of money is still in the air: bankers, perfumers, and jewelers, including Cartier (at no. 7), line the square.
