• Musée de Grenoble(18 km)- Founded in 1796, this is one of the country's oldest art museums. Flemish and Italian Renaissance works are displayed. There are a number of older paintings and sculptures, along with artifacts and relics from Greek, Egyptian, and Roman times.
• Musée Dauphinois(21 km)- A collection of ethnographic and historic mementos of the Dauphine, folk arts and crafts are displayed. Furnishings, tools, artifacts, and replicas of Alpine settings re-create the life here.
