Located close to the M4 and M5 motorways, the hotel is an ideal destination for business and leisure. The Madison Hotel & Conference Centre, Swindon also holds a licence for civil ceremony weddings. Please note that from 16 July 2007, the hotel's kitchen and Olios Restaurant will be closed due to refurbishment. Dining will be available in the Marlborough Lounge and a reduced menu will also be available, serving both hot and cold food. Full service will resume from 2 September 2007.

• STEAM - Museum of the Great Western Railway(10 km)- STEAM - Museum of the Great Western Railway, which opened in June 2000, tells the story of the men and women who built, operated and travelled on the Great Western Railway.
• Cheltenham Racecourse(54 km)- Home of National Hunt Racing. From the Cheltenham Gold Cup to Cheltenham Race weekends, with tours of the Racecourse (organised directly with the Racecourse).
• Lydiard Park(8 km)- Make sure you visit the staterooms of Lydiard House, former ancestral home of the Bolingbrokes, since Tudor times and one of Wiltshire's smaller and most delightful Georgian stately homes.

Directions:

Exit M4 (J15) and follow A419 to Cirencester. Straight over roundabout, then take exit on left sign posted Oxford (A420). Turn right at next two roundabouts. Hotel is immediately on left.
