CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 1 day in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well. COMMENTS: Their is a charge of £10.00 per child under the age of 12 and a charge of £15.00 per child over the age of 12. (This includes breakfast.) We do allow certain pets, but we do need to know in advance if you were to bring a pet. Deposits may be required depending on booking. Check-in time is between 2 P.M. and 11 P.M.

To make you feel at home, the rooms here are very spacious with facilities. All our rooms overlook the woods, and you often get a glimpse of some of the wildlife. Includes full English breakfast.

The village of Thunderbridge is situated just off the a629 Huddersfield to Sheffield Road, near the village of Kirkburton. If approaching from Huddersfield, go past the turning to Kirkburton and proceed up hill. Turn right down Thunderbridge Lane - signposted to New Mill. If approaching from the direction of Sheffield, proceed through Shepley and turn left down Dam Hill, which is just past a petrol station and is signposted to Thunderbridge. If driving up the M1 from the South, leave at junction 38, and follow the A637 sign through Bretton. Turn left towards Denby Dale(A636). There are 'short cuts' across country, but the suggested route is through Denby Dale, turning right at the cross roads with the A629. If travelling South, leave the M1 at Junction 39, and follow A636 to Denby Dale. Car parks are located opposite and at the side of the Woodman Inn.
