• Snibston Discovery Park(0 km)- Award winning industrial museum with many 'hands on' exhibits and a guided Colliery tour conducted by ex miners. Located just off the town centre.
• Donnington Park(11 km)- World famous Grand Prix racing circuit. Home of the British Motorcycle Grand Prix and hosting a wide range of competetive motorsport. Also home to the 'Donington Grand Prix Collection'. Easily accessible via the A511 and A42.
• National Exhibition Centre(29 km)- Hosting exhibitions large and small, domestic and international it is also home to the Arena Concert Centre. Only 30 minutes away on the A511 then M42.
• National Forest Visitor Centre(8 km)- Focal point for visitors to the National Forest. A short drive through Ashby de la Zouch to Moira on local roads.

By Car - The hotel is located just off the A511 at Coalville (it is well signposted), midway between junction 13 on the M42, and junction 22 on the M1. - Off the Coalville Bypass (A511), head into Coalville at the Morrison's island. - The hotel is 800 yards on your left-hand side.
