CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 3 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well. COMMENTS: *A credit card is required as a guarantee. If cancellation notification is less than three full days before the booking then the full amount is payable. *Pets accepted by prior arrangement only and cannot be accommodated if not pre-booked. A small surcharge applies. *The bar and restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday nights in the Winter season (Sept 6th till Easter) and as such the bar and restaurant will be closed and not accessible however Supper Trays can be arranged for your room if requested prior to arrival. Staying in the hotel does not guarantee you will be able to dine, It is essential therefore that you telephone or email us to let us know your dining requirements even on quieter nights. Dining is subject to availability. *Flexible over late arrivals up until 11pm. *Smoking in any bedroom within the Inn on the Hill will incur a penalty charge of the cost of one full nights stay. This is non negotiable and may be deducted from your card after checkout. Failure to adhere to the non-smoking policy will result in you being asked to leave the hotel as the safety of our guests is our greatest concern.

Two ground floor rooms with connecting door. One room with double bed and the other with twin beds. They share a colour tv and tea & coffee making facilities and have an en-suite shower room. This room is for 2 adults and 2 children however we can accommodate 4 adults in this room at extra cost by prior arrangement. View of Woodland and Bodmin Moor.

Directions:

By road: From Liskeard - a38 Hotel is about 4 miles from Liskeard on the b3254 to Launceston. Go past the Pensilva turning and turn left up the signposted track. Hotel is approximately 400 metres up this track set in wooded grounds. Access from A30/M5/Exeter - leave a30 at Launceston and take the b3254 to South Petherwin following a twisty turny rural road which passes through a number of villages. After upton cross village we are approximately a mile further on towards liskeard just past the Happy Hen Farm Shop and immediately over a Cattle Grid the Inn on the HIll is signposted on the right. Hotel is approximately 400 meteres up this track set in wooded grounds. By public transport: Main line station is liskeard Bus service available or local taxis. Taxi Fare approximately GBP 8
