CANCELLATION POLICY: null COMMENTS: Check-in times Your room will be ready by 14:00. If you are arriving before 14:00 and want to drop off your bags or you are arriving after 20:00, you must let us know in advance so that we can ensure that someone is here to greet you. Please note that we do not accept check- ins after 22:00. SMOKING POLICY For the comfort of all our guests smoking is not permitted on the premises. Guests choosing to smoke must leave immediately and are charged for one extra night. PAYMENT POLICY A credit or debit card is required as a guarantee. When you pay your actual bill you may choose to pay by cash, guaranteed cheque or card. Cards attract a 2% surcharge whereas cash and cheque, do not. Payment is normally required at check-out. However, where check-out is likely to occur during breakfast time, payment may be requested the day before. SINGLE OCCUPANCY POLICY Where a guest has reserved a double-bedded room for single occupancy at a reduced rate we will endeavour to fulfill their request. However, at busy times, we reserve the right to accommodate the guest in a room with single beds or in a small double room. Double beds will only be guaranteed to single guests booking as '2 adults'.

Directions:

Directions - From the Railway Station: Take exit road from station and walk to traffic lights. Turn left onto Arden Street. We are situated just a minute's walk from here on your right. By Road: From the m40 junction 15 take the a46 to Stratford-upon-Avon, at the second roundabout take the a3400 into Stratford, turn right at the traffic lights with Clopton Road on your left into Arden Street (a4390) and we are opposite the Stratford Victoria Hotel. If you are having difficulties, just head for the Railway Station. We are very close to it. Parking: Ample parking is available in a pay and display car park across the road. We pay the fees for you, so just come to us before parking to pick up your voucher.
