Offering an excellent and newly-furnished restaurant, an exciting new menu and friendly staff, the King's Head Hotel in Richmond provides quality accommodation. The hotel makes an ideal base to discover the beauty of the Dales and the charm of the market town of Richmond.
30 beautifully appointed en suite bedrooms are individually decorated and furnished for your comfort. The bathroom floors and walls are decorated with Italian tiles and a number of rooms have corner baths.
Morning coffees and afternoon teas can be enjoyed in the Clock Lounge, where there is an interesting collection of working clocks and, in the cooler months, a welcoming log fire. Wedding receptions are held in the hotel's Georgian ballroom, which provides the perfect setting. This elegant room with its tall sash windows features a large dance floor, a stage, an adjacent cocktail bar and spacious banqueting seating for 130 guests.
Weddings with a literary theme can be held in the unique Georgian Theatre Royal, which is just around the corner from the hotel. Marry on stage with your guests as your audience then head back to the hotel for your reception. The Panelled Room is a private room, available for special occasions such as business meetings, luncheons, dinners and small parties. For functions and conferences, the ballroom seats 150 theatre-style, and there are smaller meeting rooms available.

By Car From the A1/A66 at Scotch Corner: - Take the A6108 signposted Richmond. - Follow this road through village of Skeeby and into Richmond. - Head straight on at the roundabout and straight on at traffic lights. - At the next mini roundabout (with the library on your left), go straight on. - At the next mini roundabout, turn left into the cobbled road and right into the King's Head Hotel car park.
