CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 1 day in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well. COMMENTS: GBP 25 per adult deposit will be taken from the credit card on booking. This is normally non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the covered terrace. Extra beds in rooms will incur a supplement. We accept well-behaved dogs in some rooms.

Superior Twin Room ()

Superior Double or Twin rooms have full views of the lake and hills, bath and shower room, tv, telephone, tea and coffee facilities and hairdryer. Superb panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Can take extra two beds for children at extra cost of GBP 20 per child (Bed & Breakfast). A GBP 25 per adult deposit will be taken from the credit card at the time of booking.

Disabled Standard Double Room ()

Ground floor room in the main building. Modern co-ordinated decor. This room can interconnect with the Disabled Single room. The suite has a shower room adapted for wheelchair use, tv, telephone and tea and coffee making facilities. Ground floor view over terrace and lake. This room can take one extra bed at a supplement of GBP 20 (bed & breakfast). A GBP 25 per adult deposit will be taken from the credit card at the time of booking.

• King Arthurs Labyrinth(30 km)- Take a boat ride along a beautiful underground river deep into the caverns whilst learning about the legend of King Arthur.
• Portmeirion(30 km)- This little town has been created as an architect's ideal village. Go when it's sunny and you could be on the coast of France or Italy rather than Wales!
• Canolfan Tryweryn(4 km)- The world famous white water rafting centre is located just outside Bala, attracting professionals as well as beginners.
• Centre for Alternative Technology(40 km)- Established in 1975, this community and living museum showcases the ways in which we can live in harmony with the environment.

Directions:

The hotel is on the B4403, which runs from Bala through Llangower to Llanuwchllyn. As you travel from Bala towards Llangower, you will see the entrance on the left, half a mile past the Bala Lake Railway Station.
