• Dunnet Head(20 km)- Most Northern point on British mainland. Cliffs are a popular birdwatch area
• John O'Groats(30 km)- Furthest point from Lands End on British mainland
• Orkney Isles(32 km)- Popular archaeological area going back to neolithic age. Day trips available from John O'Groats plus 2 car ferries operate at several times daily.

Directions:

From the a9, pass Thurso town sign and we are 500m on right, opposite the rugby field. From a836, west, follow signs for Inverness through town and we are on left after 2nd set of traffic lights. A836, east, turn left at first traffic lights and we are on left.
