CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well. COMMENTS: Payment Information: A deposit of 50 GBP per person, per stay is required to secure your room. St. Andrews will contact you with details and accepts all major credit cards. All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. For this reason, the hotel advises you to take out holiday insurance. St. Andrews will send you a form when your receipt and confirmation is sent to you. Additional Cancellation Policy Information: Should you cancel within one month of your holiday, the hotel will make every attempt to fill your room. However, in the unlikely event that they are unable to, the hotel has a legal right to charge you up to 75% of the total cost of the holiday. Other Information: Prices include accommodation and breakfast only. No allowance will be made for meals missed or rooms not occupied for the full time of the reservation. There is a minimum 2 night stay policy in effect. St. Andrews is a non-smoking establishment. CHILD POLICY: As far as children are concerned under 2 is free of charge, 2 to 10 is approx. Half price of rate, 10 to 15 is approx. 75% of rate - when sharing with adults.

Superior Double Room ()

The superior double room is fully en suite with views over Towan Beach and the harbour. Room has a colour TV, tea/coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, mini cooler and trouser press. A minimum 2 night stay is required. During July and August, the rooms are available for weekly bookings only. The hotel is non-smoking throughout.

This en suite double bedroom with a balcony overlooks Towan Beach, the harbour and Newquay's famous Island House. Room has a colour TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. A minimum 2 night stay is required. During July and August there are only weekly bookings available.

Directions:

By Car: - From the A30 follow the signs for Newquay. - At Quintrell Downs roundabout, turn right over the level crossing (A3058). - Continue along this road and go straight over the double mini-roundabouts at the Porth junction and continue heading straight into Newquay. - Go straight over the next mini-roundabout (Hilgrove Rd junction), continuing along the main road. - You are now approaching the town. Continue until you come to the traffic lights at Berry Rd. - Follow the road as it leads into Mount Wise. Take the third turning on the right to Marcus Hill. - At the bottom of Marcus Hill, go straight across the main road (slight diagonal to the right) into Trebarwith Crescent. - Take the 1st left off of Trebarwith Crescent into Island Crescent. St. Andrews is on the right.
