This 17th century coaching inn is run by the chef and patron Jean-Claude Rozard.
A real flavour of France in England, we are recommended in the Good Food Guide and Fromers Guide (USA).
Away from the village of Barham on the A2, Southbound, this original inn is run on the lines of a French auberge. Food comes 1st here. Rooms are comfortable though anybody wanting straight walls beware.
The inn is ideal for the port of Dover and the channel tunnel. An honest welcome, in comfortable surroundings is to be found along with a large car park.
