The hotel is ideal for people travelling on business in the North West as it allows a stay only 10 miles from the centre of Manchester with easy motorway access and ample parking. Football fans are only a short drive from Manchester United. Two spacious bar lounges offer a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere and provide the ideal venue to meet business colleagues or friends. Please be aware that the hotel does not have a lift.

• Broadfield Park(0 km)- Rochdale's town centre park, the oldest in the Borough, is of great historic interest and of considerable landscape beauty and charm. The park extends into the town centre and contains a significant formal rose garden.• Touchstones(0 km)- A brand new arts and heritage centre with something special for everyone. Long-term exhibition space to show off the Council's extensive Museum collections, Space for short-term exhibitions.
• Rochdale Pioneers Museum(1 km)- The building attracts visitors from all over the world. The 28 men who called themselves The Rochdale Society of Equitable Pioneers held their first meeting on 15 August 1844, an event generally regarded as the birth of the modern Co-operative Movement.
Directions:
Turn off j20 on m62. Follow signs for Rochdale on dual carriageway for 1/2 mile. At traffic lights (b&q in front) bear left, follow signs for town centre. Move into right lane of dual carriageway and take 3rd exit on roundabout. Follow road 3/4 mile past Highfield hospital. Move into right hand lane and turn right at sign marked 'P'Broadfield and a640 Milnrow. Take 3rd exit on left marked St Chads. Follow road for 100 Yards and then turn left into Sparrow Hill.
