• The Roman Baths, Bath(0 km)- Britain's only hot springs and the greatest Roman religious spa in Northen Europe. Be inspired by the past whilst visiting the newly excavated East Baths, The Thermal Spring and the ruins of the Temple of Sulis Minerva.
• Jane Austen Centre, Bath(0 km)- Jane Austen is one of the best known of Bath's residents and two of her novels were largely set in Bath. Visit the Georgian town house in the centre of the city, which illustrates the life Jane Austen led in Bath with fascinating exhibits.
• American Museum & Gardens, Bath(0 km)- This unique museum has the finest collection of American Decorative Arts outside of the United States. Indoors and out, there is plenty to see with authentic furnished rooms, special travelling exhibitions, a colonial herb garden and more.

Directions:

From junction 18 of the m4, follow the a46 to Bath. After 3.5 miles turn right at the roundabout, signposted a420 Bristol. 200 yards on, turn left to Hamwell. Follow the road downhill for approximately 1.5 miles to a T-junction. Turn left uphill following signs for Lansdown and Bath. Continue along the road, passing the Golf Club and Racecourse. Pass Hare and Hound public house on left and travel downhill to a T-junction. Turn right and drive downhill. The Lansdown Grove is situated approximately 200 yards on the left.
