• The Cotswolds(12 km)- There is no shortage of things to do and places to visit in the Cotswolds . Towns such as Broadway, Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and Chipping Campden are all well worth a visit
• Marlborough Downs(13 km)- The oldest road in Europe wanders along empty, open ridges over Wiltshire's Marlborough Downs and was given the name of 'The Ridgeway' by invading Saxons.
• Castle Combe(24 km)- Castle Combe has been called 'The Prettiest Village in England'. Enjoy its charms and the small street leading from the Market Cross down to the By Brook.
• Bath(35 km)- Take a tour of Britain's most beautiful city. The amazingly complete remains of The Roman baths and the Victorian restoration are still fed by water from one of Bath's three hot springs.

Marsh Farm Hotel is located just 3.2 km/2 miles from junction 16 of the M4 motorway and 4.8 km/3 miles west of Swindon. By car (from the M4): - Leave the motorway at junction 16. - Take the A3102 for Wootton Bassett. - Pass a pub on the right hand side (Sally Pussey’s) and go straight over the roundabout. - At the next large roundabout (with Land Rover dealer on left), take the 3rd exit, signposted Purton and Hook. - Marsh Farm Hotel is immediately on the left hand side. Parking: There is free car parking for 100 cars available at the hotel.
