CANCELLATION POLICY: null COMMENTS: All rooms are non-Smoking. Only one extra person can be catered for in each room. The latest check-in time is 21:00 unless by prior arrangement. For the comfort of all our guests, we do not cater for group bookings (5 people). If you book several rooms, we would kindly expect you to provide further information about the nature of your reservation and group. Any group/multiple booking who has booked our hotel via the internet and has failed to inform us that they are a multiple booking or have failed to provide information of the nature of the group in advance of arrival will be turned away and no refund will be made. Please note payment is made on departure in person, and no money is debited from your card details in advance. Please note that no meals other than breakfast will be available from 24 December 2007 to 2 January 2008.

• Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway(0 km)- Steam trains run from Paignton along the spectacular Torbay Coast with superb views across the bay,inland to Churston and then down the beautiful Dart Estuary to Kingswear for the ferry to historic Dartmouth
• Quaywest Wet & Wild(2 km)- Enjoy the wettest & wildest fun at the English Riviera outdoor waterpark.Other attractions here include Go Karts and Crazy Golf
• Paignton Zoo(2 km)- Set in 80 spectacular acres of natural habitat you can see hundreds of animals, many of them endangered
• Dartmouth(5 km)- Enjoy the historic town of Dartmouth, with all its original buildings,Naval College and Regattas through out the year.

Directions:

From the M5 take junction 31 and continue straight ahead on the M38 for 3 miles (4.9 km). Take the A380 Telegraph Hill Road and proceed for 9 miles (14.5 km). Take the A380 Torquay Road from the Penn Inn roundabout and proceed for about 4 miles (6.5 km). At the Gallows Gate roundabout, take the A380 ring road signposted for Brixham/Dartmouth. Continue on this road following directions to Brixham. Proceed onto the A380 Kings Ash Road, continue onto the A3022 Brixham Road. Stay on this road as you pass Churston Golf Club on your left. We are positioned on the right hand side of the road adjacent to the steam railway and set back slightly from the main road.
