This 3-star rated budget guest accommodation, situated in the heart of the city centre, is a few minutes walk from the beach.

The hotel is ideally located for city attractions such as the Royal Pavilion, Brighton Pier, The Lanes and the many restaurants. We have self-catering rooms, all fully equipped with 24-hour hotel access and 24-hour security. We have the only 24-hour self service restaurant, 'The Van Day Room', in the UK, and we can provide a continental breakfast upon request for an additional 3.50 GBP. This is a budget hotel that has just been awarded 3-stars. We will not compromise on cleanliness or service, and we will do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Parking at the hotel is limited. Please ask reception for availability and costs.

• The North and South Laines(1 km)- The Laines were burnt to the ground by French invaders in the 16th century and was rebuilt along the same streets, now they are full of antique and clothes shops including a vast number of restaurants and watering holes
• The Royal Pavilion(1 km)- Built in 1784 and purchased in the early nineteenth century for the Prince Regent. Under the direction of the architect John Nash who employed a mixture of classical and Indian styles which have been labelled Hindoo-Gothic.
• Brighton Pier(1 km)- Built in 1891 by designer Richard St George Moore, it stretches a quarter of a mile towards France. Today the pier has two amusement arcades, three bars, a fun fair and stalls selling pretty much every food product guaranteed to block your arteries.
• Churchill Square Shopping Centre(1 km)- Brighton's exciting shopping centre with 85 big names all under one roof. It's a perfect part of any day out, whether shopping, browsing, meeting friends or checking out what's happening in any of the centre's promotional areas.

Directions:

By car: - Take the M23 south and continue onto the A23. - Exit for the A27 and take the 2nd exit at the roundabout. - With Preston Park on your left continue to central Brighton, following the one way system to the right. - At Preston Circus traffic signals turn right for the A270 (signposted Hove) into Chatham Place. - At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Vernon Terrace. - Turn right onto Temple Gardens then left onto Norfolk Terrace. - The abbey is situated on the right hand side of the road.
