CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 1 day in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well. COMMENTS: 20% non-refundable deposit will be taken from your credit card before your arrival. A credit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. There is NO SMOKING in any of the rooms, but smoking is allowed in the bar area. Children aged between 2 and 8 years are charged at half rate and between 9 and 13 years, three quarters. If check in any later than 23:00 please phone and make arrangements. We would be grateful if you would inform us of your time of arrival by phone (01983 403531)

All of our bedrooms have full en suite facilities and all of our bedrooms have colour tv and tea and coffee makers. Most have fantastic views of Sandown Bay. Some of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and are suitable for the disabled. We have three budget double rooms and one twin, which are smaller and have 5% discount. Some of our rooms have sea view. Includes a full English breakfast. Please note that children under 2 years are free; 2 years to 8 years half rate, and 9 years to 13 years three quarter rate.

Directions:

You can cross to the Isle of Wight as a foot passenger, or you can take your car. There are a number of operators and crossing points. Driving: Follow the road signs to Sandown. The hotel can be found just off the top of the High Street leading into Beachfield Road. Continue down Beachfield Road, and take the turning for Grange Road, located next door to St Patrick's Church. Do not go through the traffic lights located next to Grange Road. Foot passenger: Take train to Sandown train station. Hotel is ten minutes walk from the station.
