CANCELLATION POLICY: null COMMENTS: The hotel requires that all bookings are confirmed when a deposit (non-refundable) of GBP 20 per person has been paid, this deposit will be taken from your credit card. No single sex parties are accepted. The hotel is strictly non-smoking indoors. All credit and debit cards are subject to a surcharge of 3% by the hotel to cover bank charges. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required during public holiday weekends and also during the Illuminations.

Directions:

By Car (from the M6): - Exit the M6at junction 32 and proceed onto the M55. - Stay on the M55 for about 14 miles and exit at junction 4 (A5230). - Stay on the dual carriageway following signs for South Shore and turn right at the T-junction. - Join the promenade and bear right at the 1st pier into Station Road and the hotel is located on the left hand side. Parking: To be guaranteed a parking space, we have recently negotiated parking with a secure lock up facility 150 yards from our hotel. You can make a reservation to park when booking (at an additional cost).
