3 of these rooms are located on the second floor and one is on the ground floor. 3 of the rooms have a TV with DVD player and one has an LCD flat-screen TV with Freeview digital channels. Please note that the window in the ground floor room is internal, opening into the hallway.

A room on the first floor. This room enjoys a sunny aspect and has its own hand-basin.

Two of these rooms are available - one on the first floor and one on the second. Each has one double and one single bed, suitable for 2 adults and one child.

Double Room En Suite Upgrade (non-smoking) ()

Perfect for that special celebration, this room has been completely refurbished to a high standard. Includes facilities such as a tilt & turn LCD Freeview TV, fridge with complementary juice, water & fresh milk, quality furnishings, luxurious bed linen. Add to this a wide range of quality beverages & personal items, dressing gowns for use during your stay, fresh flowers & sparkling wine on arrival, chocolates on your pillow & the foundations are laid for a rather special break. A late breakfast (10.00) is available as well as a later check-out (12.00) to help you make the most of your stay. Two of these rooms are available, one on the first floor & one on the second; if you have a preference, please state this on your booking. (We do not have a lift).

2 adjacent rooms in their own corridor provide privacy for both parents and children alike. The first room provides accommodation for parents in a double room. The 2nd room has 2 single beds for the children and shares the parents' en suite bathroom, or there is another bathroom next door.

• Sandcastle Centre(0 km)- Water fun for all the family. Slides, wave pools, sauna and children's entertainer. New Master-blaster slide in 2006!
• Pleasure Beach(0 km)- The home of 140 rides, including the Pepsi Max Big One, Valhalla, Bling & Spin Doctor. Cut-price wristbands midweeks until end of June. Open daily from Easter. Wristbands allow all day riding AND free entry to 3 award-winning shows.
• Fleetwood(15 km)- Reached by local tram, Fleetwood is the home of a large market and Freeport with its cut-price designer and factory outlet shops. A shopaholic's paradise!
• Blackpool Tower(2 km)- A full day's entertainment including a vast aquarium, rides, award-winning Circus lasting for 2 hours, Jungle Jims play area, the Ballroom with its Wurlitzer Organ and lift to the top of the Tower! Evening entertainment included from early July.

Directions:

By Car Blackpool Airport is a short drive away (approximately 5 minutes). From the M6: - Leave the M6 at junction 32, joining the M55. - Go to the end of the M55 where you will see a roundabout with a sculpture of boys on a slide; go straight over into Yeadon Way. - After about a mile you will come to a mini-roundabout; go straight over. - At the next mini-roundabout, go right (signposted Waterloo Road exit/Pleasure Beach). - After about 50 yards go left at the next mini-roundabout. (Aldi will be on your left and the ambulance station ahead.) - Go left at the traffic lights next to the Aldi into Waterloo Road (another 50 yards). - Go left at the next traffic lights into Lytham Road. Take the second street on your right; this is Dean Street. (There is an empty car sales centre on the corner.) - The Wescoe is near the promenade on the right-hand side. Please unload your baggage before being directed to the car park. Don't worry about the double yellow lines outside the hotel; traffic wardens give 5 minutes’ grace for loading/ unloading only.
