Late check-outs are only available with prior arrangement and at a small additional charge. Guests travelling by public transport may leave their luggage at reception for collection later in the day. We are happy to collect our guests from the local train/coach station provided that we are notified of the arrival time in advance. Group bookings: no single sex group bookings are allowed.

Superior 4-Poster Room ()

This very large, ground floor room has floor-to-ceiling windows. The room has been refurbished to a very high standard and incorporates a 19-inch flat-screen TV.

The quoted room rate is based on 3 people sharing, but these rooms can offer accommodation for up to 4 guests. The room is equipped with one double bed and a set of bunk beds. This room has been refurbished to a very high standard and has a floor-to-ceiling window.

• Coastal Walks(1 km)- Explore miles of network coastal footpaths which allow visitors to admire the stunning views of coastline and beyond (including Thatcher Rock)
• Cockington(3 km)- A beautiful thatched village and country park with it's ornamental gardens and lakes. A Manor house, old forge, glass blowing and pottery making on site. An ancient church and Lutyens designed pub and restaurant are all set in this gem of a village.
• Dart Valley Steam Railway(4 km)- One of the West country's major attractions. Catch the Steam train from Paignton to Kingswear, then take a ferry to Dartmouth.

By Car: From Exeter: - Take the M5. - Exit to join the A38. - Follow signs for Torquay A380. - At Newton Abbot you will come to the Penn Inn roundabout, take the second exit, signposted Torquay A380. - Continue straight across the next roundabout for the A3022 (do not turn right). - Follow the A3022 until you have Torre Railway Station on your right and a sign on the wall in front saying 'Seafront, Harbour, Paignton'. You need to be in the right-hand lane. - Immediately through the lights is Avenue Road. Fairways is on the right, immediately before the next set of lights.
