Recently refurbished to a high standard. These are smaller rooms and are located on the 3rd floor. The sea can be seen from most rooms. However, the hotel is end-on to the sea and as such, the sea is to the South whilst our rooms face East & West.

Spacious and airy. Located on the first floor with a bay window. Completely refurbished, the room has a king-size bed, two sofas, and a table and chairs. The sea can be seen from most rooms. However, the hotel is end-on to the sea and as such, the sea is to the South whilst our rooms face East & West.

Spacious and airy room on the ground floor. It is a quiet room and guests will not be disturbed by noise from either within or from outside of the building. The room has a king size bed, sofa, table and chairs.

From m20 leave at Junction 13, round 2 roundabouts following signs for Folkestone; after 0.6m, cross major set of traffic lights, under railway bridge and sharp bend to left, after 0.6m take turning to right signed Sandgate/Hastings. Drive to junction at end and turn left onto Sandgate Rd. At roundabout ahead take 3rd exit into Langhorne Gdns. The Portland is at the end on the left. You are advised to take any Parking Spaces available. Please check in at the Skuba Bar.
