Cancellations
•  Cancellations made within 7 days of the check in date are charged 100% of the total booking fee

CANCELLATION POLICY: At least 7 days before the day of arrival. In case of later cancellation or no show the full cost of reservation will be charged. COMMENTS: We would require a deposit of GBP 70 per room. All our bedrooms are non smoking. We are unable to accept bookings which include a weekend for less than three nights. Sorry we cannot accommodate groups or pets. CHILD POLICY: Children under 1 can be accommodated in parents room at no extra charge if own travel cot is brought. Children sharing parents bedroom charged at GBP 10.00 per night.
