• Monifieth Links Golf Course(0 km)- This links golf course of 6655yds & is a qualifier for the 2007 open golf championship at Carnoustie. This course offers true links golf & presents a unique chellenge to golfers.Second course the Ashludie is 5123 yds 68 par.
• Glamis Castle(15 km)- Family home of the Earl of Strathmore & Kinghorn & has been a royal residence since 1372. The childhood home of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother & the legendary setting of Macbeth. The castle is open to visitors but it remains a family home.
• R.R.S. Discovery & Discovery Point(5 km)- Step aboard Captain Scott's ship Discovery & experience 100 years of history on one of the greatest ships ever put to sea.
• Verdant Works(5 km)- Step back into a time-capsule of yester-years & experince life in Dundee 100 years ago.

Directions:

From the south take the a90/m90 towards Aberdeen at Swallow Roundabout. Take a92 through to Dundee and follow the signs to Monifeith. Once you are in Monifeith take the third exit on the right after Tesco into Tay Street. Distance to cities from Monifeith (in miles): Edinburgh 69, Newcastle 193, Manchester 292, Birmingham 367, Bristol 448 and London 479.
