This lovely, friendly hotel in Ilfracombe, North Devon has 22 bedrooms, which are all en-suite, colour tv, tea and coffee making facilities, telephones, and hairdryers. Deluxe rooms also have four poster beds, Jacuzzi bath and balcony. Included in the room rate is a delicious full English or continental breakfast served in the restaurant. One of a few hotels in Ilfracombe that has such excellent facilities, so if you feel like a work out, or simply want to sweat it out in the sauna, the fully fitted gymnasium, solarium, steam and power showers are all available free of charge when staying at the hotel. The Bath House Hotel has a fully licensed bar, serving drinks at pub prices. The Bath House Hotel is part of what used to be known as the Runnacleave Hotel. The Runnacleave Hotel had over 150 bedrooms and was very popular with the Victorians, not least because of the Tunnels Beaches opposite. During the Second World War, the Runnacleave Hotel was the Regimental HQ of the 3rd County of London Yeomanry (Sharpshooters).

Directions:
From j27 of the m5, take the a361 towards Barnstaple. Take the a399, sign posted to Ilfracombe (19 miles). On entering Ifracombe High Street, turn right into Northfield Road at the traffic lights opposite the Queens Pub. Travel down the hill and at the next set of lights, turn right into Wilder Road and the Bath House Hotel will be on the left.
