CANCELLATION POLICY: null COMMENTS: Single night bookings will incur a charge of 5 GBP per person which will be added to your bill on departure. If you are likely to arrive after 20:00 then please contact the hotel to ensure someone will be available to greet you. Please note that this is a completely non-smoking guest house.

We have 3 double rooms, all with their own particular charm. Views of the sea and Ilfracombe harbour can be enjoyed from some rooms.

This charming, bright dual aspect room on the 1st floor of the tower has a outside private bathroom. The room offers lovely views of the sea and Ilfracombe harbour.

This bright, spacious room is on the second floor with private outside facilities. The room offers lovely views out towards the harbour.

Family Room ()

This delightful family room has one double bed and one bunk bed. There is a large fully fitted en suite bathroom in the tower of the guest house. The room offers spectacular views of the harbour and Hillsborough nature reserve. Price is based on 2 adults and 2 children sharing. We cannot accommodate children under 5 years old.

• Marwood Hill Gardens(13 km)- Spectacular water garden of 3 lakes surrounded by mature plants, trees and shrubs. National collection of Astilbe, Iris and Tulbaghia.
• Lundy Island(2 km)- Natural and Historic National Trust Island. 12 miles off the North Devon Coast. Sail on the MS Oldenburg.

Local Bus and Coach stations are just a short walk into the town centre offering National Express services to the local area and beyond. If travelling by Rail, services to the station at Barnstaple are available from the town centre. We are happy to assist with your travel arrangements if required.
