• Hugh Millers Cottage(0 km)- Hugh Miller was a famous geologist. You can visit the house where he was born, preserved in this conservation village.
• Cromarty Courthouse Museum(0 km)- This award-winning museum has computer-generated figures which tell the history of the area in a courthouse setting.
• Dolphin Ecosse(0 km)- Take a boat ride with one of Britain's only bottlenose dolphin colonies. Also see the dolphins from the shore.
• Udale Bay(3 km)- Udale Bay - famous RSPB site with many types of wading birds during the winter and some excellent sightings during the summer. Red-breasted mergansers, Eider ducks, curlews etc.

Directions:

The Hotel is 20 miles from Inverness and 28 miles from Dalcross (Inverness) Airport. Heading to the North along the a9 out of Inverness, across the Kessock Bridge, after 2 miles turn right and then 18 miles to the end of the Black Isle. Cromarty is well signposted once across the Kessock bridge. The main road is the a9. We are 3.5 hours from Glasgow and Edinburgh. 2.5 hours to John o' Groats 2 hours to Portree, Skye.
