• Longdown Activity Farm(10 km)- The animals are: the herd of Friesian cows which is milked every afternoon, and visitors can watch from the viewing gallery; ponies to groom; rabbits to cuddle; chicks to hold and piglets to stroke, as well goat kids and calves to bottle-feed, in season.

Directions:

Rhinefield House may be off the beaten track, but we’re readily accessible and you should have no trouble finding us with the driving directions and location map. On the M27 Junction 1 take the A337 to Lyndhurst. When you arrive at Lyndhurst take the A35 west towards Christchurch for about three miles. Then turn off the A35 at the hotel signs. Continue along the ornate drive for about one and a half miles until you see the hotel.
