The ancient Howden Minster is one of the largest and most magnificent churches in the East Riding of Yorkshire and the hotel is directly opposite this historic site.

By Car (from the M62 motorway): - Leave the M62 at junction 37 and proceed down the dual carriageway. - Bear left at the roundabout and immediately indicate right, taking the road just before the Rix petrol station. - Follow the road, do not turn at the T-junction or the crossroads. - The hotel is 0.25 miles (400 metres) further on, on the left-hand side. Howden Minster is on the right-hand side, directly opposite. By Public Transport: The hotel is approximately 3 miles (5 km) from Goole train station and one mile (1.5 km) from North Howden train station.
