Lyndhurst Park Hotel is the ideal touring base from which to explore the beautiful New Forest. Standing in its own extensive grounds, the Lyndhurst Park Hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the village.

Part of the Forestdale Hotel Group. Our hotel is in a unique position. It is an elegant Georgian mansion set within three acres of garden, surrounded by 90,000 acres of open forest. The Lyndhurst Park Hotel appeals to a wide range of guests, having a variety of bars and lounges, plus a choice of restaurants including the oak-panelled Tudor Restaurant and conservatory-style Palm Room. Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, sauna and tennis court. All of our rooms are en-suite and have colour television.

• Bucklers Hard(10 km)- This historic village on the banks of Beaulieu River is where ships for nelson's fleet were built. A Maritime Museum reflects the shipbuilding history of the village.
• National Motor Museum(10 km)- On the banks of the Beaulieu river, where the former bbey lands now, stands Palace House, once the great gatehouse of Beaulieu Abbey. The family home of Lord Mntagu of Beaulieu. Also on the site is the world reowned National Motor Museum.
• Exbury Gardens & Steam railway(11 km)- A spectacular 200 acre woodland garden world famous for the displays of rhododendrons, azaleas and camellias in spring.
