1. How do I make a reservation?
Our reservation process is very simple.
- Select the desired hotel, by either clicking on the hotels image or the link for more information below the hotels image, you will then be shown the selected hotels information page.
- All accommodation can be viewed without obligation and personal information will not be required until you are happy to make a reservation.
- To check availability and to make a reservation please follow the online instructions.
- When making a reservation be sure your name and email address are spelled correctly.
- You should receive instant confirmation by email, but please allow up to 48 hours.
Our instant, online booking service is fast, convenient and secure. We choose our hotels from a selection of the worlds top accommodation providers. All the hotels can be booked online, and you can be confident we've got the best hotels with over 60,000 hotels worldwide. You can check your hotels availability online with complete confidence and many of the hotels offer a discount for making an Internet booking. You may book as many rooms as you like for any dates that you need (subject to availability) and once you have made your reservation you should be sent a confirmation via email with contact details, together with details of how to cancel your hotel reservation.

3. Is breakfast included?
Many hotels offer free breakfast, if included, it should be listed on the hotel information page, if it is not specified then breakfast is usually not included. Each property states what is included in the price.

Once you have made your reservation, you should receive confirmation by email. This confirmation will give contact details together with details of how to cancel your hotel reservation.
6. Who do I contact if I have a query regarding my reservation?
Details of the property distributor and how to make a query about a reservation should be provided on your confirmation email.
7. What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?
You can view the hotel information page to find the cancellation policy or there will be a link to read the cancellation policy on this page. These policies will vary from hotel to hotel, so you must read each one carefully. Please carefully read the specific cancellation policy provided for each property on the site and in any emails regarding your reservation.
8. What if I have not received confirmation of my online reservation?
You will usually receive an email confirmation of your reservation within 48 hours. If you do not receive confirmation within this period please contact us using the formhere.
We will require the following information, to confirm if your reservation was successfully made:
1. The date when the reservation made?
2. The name the reservation was made in?
3. Which e-mail address was stated for the confirmation?
4. What date(s) was the reservation made for?
5. What was the hotel's name (as stated on our site)?
6. Where is the hotel located, please include the country, region, and city/town name (as stated on our site)?
Any further information you can provide is always helpful. We will then contact our hotel distributor immediately regarding your reservation.
9. I'm looking for a hotel in a specific location. Can you book a room for me on these dates or make recommendations?
We are currently unable to do individual searches or make recommendations or bookings for clients due to the high volume of reservations and large number of hotels available. Our site is designed specifically to allow Internet users to browse hotel pages, check availability and prices and make bookings themselves. As we are not a travel agency, we cannot provide information for specific requests.
